This European Royal chess set is one of a small number of sets we have sourced from a small Polish chess maker. Fashioned in the classic European Royal style and featuring attractive wood burning and staining on both the pieces and the board.
The pieces are crafted from solid wood and although non-weighted they have a reassuringly solid feel about them. The set is crafted by hand and has a slightly rustic and unique feel to it. There is no branded gift packaging with this set. It makes a nice change to see a genuine Polish version of this classic design, a design which has been reproduced by chess makers all over the world.

Note: This Chess Set is recommended for years 14 and above. Made in Poland.

The chess board measures 39cm square. The chess pieces range from 4cm to 7.5cm in height.
