Methods of Payment

We accept all methods of payment including Credit cards, Debit cards, Pay-pal, Cheques and postal orders. In the event of a personal collection of your order cash is also accepted as a payment method. Please note: do not send cash through the post

Prices

All prices are listed in GB Pounds sterling on the site. The price includes any sales taxes or VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice at our discretion.

Postage and Packaging charges

All postage and packaging charges are clearly visible when purchasing. At the checkout stage a full breakdown of the order detailing postage costs will be visible to you. Postage charges will vary depending on the location of delivery address. Non UK addresses will incur higher delivery charges.

Delivery times

We always endeavour to have your order delivered in the shortest possible time. In most cases first class post or next day courier is used for delivery. We reserve the right to use other posting methods where deemed appropriate (E.G European countries will require air mail shipping instead of 1st class). If you need your order by a certain date please let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements for guaranteed delivery.

Lost orders

In cases where a delivery company permanently loses an order it is our responsibility to seek compensation for the courier and replace missing goods. If your order does not arrive we will need to be notified so we can track and trace the whereabouts of your order and arrange a replacement.

Damaged orders

In cases where couriers break or damage your order we require immediate notification so we can process a damage claim with our couriers. Damaged items will be replaced by us at our expense. Damaged goods will be collected by our couriers if required.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the very nature of internet shopping we appreciate that sometimes the thing you ordered was not quite as expected. That is why we will offer a 14 day no quibble refund or exchange policy on all orders. Products will need to be returned in original packaging and unused before a refund is issued.

In the cases of lost, damaged or faulty products we operate a 14 day returns policy.
The policy is in accordance with UK law and distance selling regulations.
