We are a small family run business based in the historic city of Bath in the United Kingdom. We are all committed to providing our customers with the best products and service. Our offices are staffed during the normal working day and seven days a week during November and December which are our busiest months of the year.

The kinkajoo Team

Julian - Managing director

Julian, otherwise known as the boss of Kinkajoo, is responsible for making everything happen.
Updating the web site, stock control and everything from packing up your orders to visiting suppliers abroad are a few of his many tasks.

Nancy - Book keeper

Nancy is responsible for all the book keeping, filing and accounting issues on a day to day basis.
However at busy times can also be found picking and packing your orders as well.

James - Order Processing

James is responsible for picking and packing of your orders. Working Part time and full time during the peak season.
He is here daily to ensure that all the days orders are dispatched.

Richard - Creative Director

Richard works part time on the Kinkajoo team developing designs for our branding and website as well as working on designs and concepts for creative products for us to sell.

Christine - Order Processing

Christine works part time on the phones taking orders and answering customer queries.

Raj - Office Cat

Raj can often be heard in the background. He especially likes to make a lot of noise when we are on the phones.
He doesn’t really have a role but keeps us company and puts the odd paw print on parcels before they are sent out.
