We operate a fast same day shipping policy. This means that if your order is placed before 3.00pm on a week day it will be shipped that day. If it is placed after 3.00 pm it wil be shipped the following day. We use insured carriers and always send using a first class, A services. You can rely on us to get your order out to you in the shortest possible time for all products that are in stock.
Guaranteed next day delivery is avaliable for those urgent deliveries, please call us to place your order for next day delivery.
If you are based outside the UK we can ship all our products to you. Air mail and Euro road freight is used to expidite your order to you within a few days. |
Refunds and Returns
Our returns policy is NOT full of loopholes and small print.
Quite simply, if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way or for what ever reason, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of recieving it. Once we receive your order back a full refund will be issued including the amount you paid us for the postage. |
